Yesterday Daddy built us a new soccer goal so we have been outside playing soccer all day!

Mount Soccer

We took the boys to the Mount vs. Nazareth soccer game today. The boys watched the Mount score two goals and were cheering the whole time (Danny was yelling "Kick it!", so funny!) ....until they found a big hill they could run up and down, at which point they lost some interest in the game. Our babysitter Christina plays for the Mount so we went to cheer her on! When we left (right as it started to downpour) the Mount was winning 2-0. Go Mount!

Helicopter take-off

Wings Field Airport is so close to our house and I often take the boys during the week. They love to see the airplanes up close and if we are lucky, we might see a plane or two take off, or maybe one land and park. This afteroon the boys wanted to show Granddad and Grandmother the airport, and they must have been super-lucky (or else Friday afternoons are just busy!) because we saw a bunch of planes land, a bunch take off, one park right in front of us, AND....a helicopter take off RIGHT. IN. FRONT. OF. US!!!!! It was awesome!!

Anniversary lunch with Grandmother & Granddad

Today was my parent's wedding anniversary and we had a great lunch at Brunos. We had stopped going there after one disasterous lunch a while back, but today the boys were great! We went early (at 11:30am) and got our choice of seats...which we chose one overlooking Germantown Ave so the boys could check out all the busses, cars, trucks, etc while they ate. They were really good and it was a fun lunch! Happy Anniversary Grandmother & Granddad!
