NYC--Day 2
Saturday was a pretty wet soggy day in NYC, but we still had fun walking around. We just walked around Times Square all morning, popping in and out of stores. The boys loved going into the huge Toys R Us store with the working ferris wheel, the Disney Store, and the M&M factory store. After lunch we headed to the Upper East Side to the Beacon Theater for the Scooby Doo Live Musical, which was our purpose of the whole trip. The show wasn't that great, but the boys LOVED it. They were really into it and were on the edge of their seats the whole time. We headed back to our hotel afterwards and then got ready for our last dinner out on the town. We went to a little Italian place which made fresh pasta daily, and it was great! On our way back to our hotel we got on the big screen in Times Square...can you find us? Ryan was putting the boys on his shoulders. We are top center. See if you spot us. I am holding a white bag (leftovers from dinner!) while I take the picture.
We took the train back home on Sunday morning. Great long weekend in NYC---so close we'll definitely be back again for more!

NYC--day 1, part 2
(pics in reverse order, so start at bottom and work your way to top)
After we came down from the great views at Top of the Rock, we stopped and grabbed a snack while we watched the ice-skaters at Rockerfeller Center. We then walked to Central Park and took a carriage ride! So much fun! Afterwards we spent a lot of time in FAO Schwartz. We made our way back to Times Square area and had dinner at Ellen's Stardust Diner, where all the waitresses and waiters sing and perform while you eat. After dinner we walked through Times Square...it might look like day time with all those lights, but it was really dark out! There were so many people walking around we just watched everyone and took in the sights. We got our picture with Iron Man and with the Statue of Liberty. Everyone was very tired from such a busy day and we all fell right asleep!

NYC--Day 1, part 1
We had a great time in NYC with the boys! On Friday we took the train up, which was an adventure in itself! Arrived to a cold and cloudy day, but no rain, so we wanted to do as many outdoor things as we could. So we unpacked at our hotel and decided to hit the town. First stop was Top of the Rock at Rockerfeller Center. The view was amazing!

Philadelphia Auto Show
Uncle Kevin took us to the auto show at the convention center with tickets he got from the bank. He was also the official photographer of the day and took all the pictures! Thanks for a great day Uncle Kev!
