Busy Weekend

We had a busy weekend. On Saturday morning we were up and out early. Our first stop was Target, which was celebrating Read Across America by having Dr. Suess read-alongs. The boys were front and center and knew so many of the stories that they were calling out all the next parts before the reader even got to them. It was so funny. They gave everyone treat bags too.



We left Target and went right over to Lowes to build race cars. You pull them back and they really race. Another fun morning at Lowes.










On Sunday we had a birthday party to go to for one of the boys' friends at school. It was at the Bounce U in Oaks and the boys had a GREAT time!

The boys love this song! This is a funny video of the boys doing the motions. It starts off with all three doing it, and then eventually it's just Danny until he calls Andrew back over with him. The song starts off slow,and gets faster and faster. Just when you think it's done, it gets even FASTER. So funny!

Outside

The weather is starting to break a little bit from the bitter cold....and we made it outside for about 45 minutes this afternoon. And this what what we did for about 40 minutes.....

Last night we had a great dinner at my parents house to celebrate Valentine's Day and my mom's birthday! Happy Birthday!!! We love you!

Building music boxes

This morning we went to Lowes for one of their kids workshops--and today we made music boxes! Very cute! The boys got to keep their aprons and safety goggles...and in a few weeks we return to build racecars! They loved hammering all the nails and putting the music box together.
