Swim Meet

Another great swim meet. Dan and Andrew swam on pre-team this year. They raced in the home meets only. Dylan swam with the 8 and Unders. Very competitive group. With no real swim/stroke training, Dylan started the year swimming in 2 two races--in the second heat. After only 2 meets, he moved up to racing in the first heat races--in the outside lanes. Then all of a sudden they did more time trials, and the very next meet he was swimming in the first heat races--in the middle lane, adding an additional race to his mix as well. He now swims in a medley relay (backstroke), a freestyle 25m flat, and a freestyle relay. He is amazing and tries SO HARD. He practices 6 days a week for an hour a day, often coming back to the pool later for more swimming. It's a tough sport, but he has worked hard, made new friends and has had a great season! We are very proud!

Indy Car Race at Pocono Raceway

We had a great time with the Dawson family at an Indy Car race. Great seats, great weather! It was a fun day!
