Andrew and Dylan in their bouncers!
Danny snuggles next to Daddy (he's not into the rainforest yet...prefers being held-smart man!)
The boys have all now moved to the Dr. Brown's bottles. Dylan & Drew are eating 80ml's and Danny is eating 70ml's...still on a 3 hour schedule. The doctor said we could move to a 3 hour schedule during the day and a 4 hour schedule during the night, but we have never got to the 4 hour schedule yet.....someone always wakes up (usually at 2.5 hours and we have to wait out the extra half hour!) I am continuing to stick tight to the schedule..when one wakes up at that 3 hour window, we get all of the boys up to eat, even the 2 sleeping ones. Soon we hope all their stomachs get big enough that all will start to sleep a little longer!! For now, we keep going every 3 hours. The bottles have helped slow down their feedings (as Andrew and Danny were feriously sucking down their bottles!) so that is a good thing--but the hiccups continue. We were hoping these new bottles would reduce the hiccups, but all 3 of the boys regularly get the hiccs after most meals!
Today we switched around cribs positions...We had Danny by himself in a crib since he was the last one home and the other two were already together. We kept Dylan in that crib and moved Andrew over to Danny crib. We will keep this going for a few weeks and then we'll switch again. We hope that this will help all of them adjust to each other and form some bonds with each other. When we have 2 in a crib, we are very careful to make sure that we keep each boy in the same position every time--for example, Danny will always be on the right of the crib and Andrew will always be on the left hand side. Hopefully this will help eliminate any "mix-ups" especialy now that Danny & Andrew are sharing the crib--and looking more and more alike every day!
Andrew & Danny slept tight together! (Andrew left, Danny right)
